35k ftw in the big 109 was sad to see been out of the grind for a while but this shocked me on scoop sunday.

You could at least tell us the payouts are here to stay if they are and stop us all asking. Totally glossing over the issue isn't very professional imo.

Yeah pls let us know if you are still considering changing the payout structures or if we should just move our rolls to 888.

The most annoying thing about payouts is the completely illogical jumps 17-26 and 27-44.... is there a specific reason for doing that? Seriously instead of logical jump when you reach last X tables you PURPOSELY implent this rubbish system just to piss off regs.

You already commented on the payouts before when you talked about how you believe recs want this and that and it was all rubbish.

Stop lying to people.

Why is the late registration period for some of the minor tournaments in the ET evening so long? And why is it different for every tournament?

The BIG $3.30 has 2 hours of late registration. The $2.20 deep stack (not sure of time, don't have schedule open right now, but around 21:00ish) has two hours and 20 minutes. The $1.10 6-max at 20:30 has 1 hour and 20 minutes.

1. If your goal is to reach the money sooner, these long late-registration periods is not going to help. That's also one of the main reasons I haven't played any MTTs in a while, as the late registration period makes the first couple of hours way too slow (the other reason was the structures, but that has mostly been fixed now).

2. The differing late-reg periods makes it very confusing. All tournaments of a similar type should have the same late-registration period. I understand the three specific tournaments I listed above have different structures, but even looking at tournaments of a similar structure they had differences (some were 80 minutes, I think one was 65 minutes, etc...)

Tournaments used to reach the money in around 2 hours, and that was great. Now they take 3+ hours, and with the payouts as small as they are, it's hardly worth it anymore.

Great changes Luke! Excellent job! To bad 90% of the people on this forum are idiots and just spam "payouts", but what more can you expect from this cesspool of a "community"? Keep up the good work Luke.

Cool, all at times when il be asleep... Can't you just add these throughout the entire day? There used to be a ton of $8-22 9max nlhe games between 3:00am-8am EST. (3pm-8pm my time) which used to pass the guarantees every time. Now I have one big and one bounty builder..

the payouts are ****ed beyond recognition, they need a fix asap and luke is pretending like its raining. atleast he can acknowledge the problem and say no, we are not fixing it.

Blind times increased, blind levels removed. Waste of time talking to these guys as they give with one hand and take away with the other.

So rather than just say 'PAYOUTS', here's an actual suggestion.

You could bump up the mincash by skimming off the ~20th-120th places. I think you can get it back up to 1.8 or so without doing anything too brutal that way. I know we'd all prefer more skew at the top and fewer places paid, but since both those things directly contradict the manifest ethos du jour, I'm trying to suggestion something that at least has a chance of actually being implemented.

Instead of spamming the same ****ing image, how about one of you sit down and make a strong case for why changing the payouts back to being more top heavy is a good move for Pokerstars.

If you want something changed, you gotta make the case for why Stars wants that change. Stars thinks they want what they have. Show them that's wrong.

I have been out of the grind for a while and just getting back in. Was there some huge cry from the players for these new payouts?

If a restaurant charges $100 for a beer that's good for them but will cost them because their customers get pissed off. People are already moving their MTT action off of Stars for various reasons.

unfortunately 1st prize(and atractive guarantees) is what makes people register a MTT.
that's why I think it's a bad decision by stars to flatten the payouts so much. nobody cares if he finishes 24th and gets 4 buyins or 5.
the mincash should be almost 2x also.

only in PSKOs it would be ok to alter the payouts so you don't have such a huge gap bewtween 1st and 2nd.

good job on the schedule (eventually) and in altering the structures for the BIGs.

Probably Like even want to change it back, but hes not allowed to do so. Its very clear that this was a business-decision from above. Nobody likes it, no rec no reg no customer at all, but the statistic dummy in the background got what he wants. Thats why Like ot whoever will not gonna say any to this, what should they say, hey my boss told me so, sry but im not in charge?!

Enough people are playing still those games, enough people are playing hypers and satelites , most people just dont give a **** and play it anyways.
