Honestly it does just amaze me that such a big company can even spread so much negativity around. There are so many simple things you could do to make everyone in this thread happier with, but instead you choose to always do the opposite. It seems to me like you just don't really care anymore at this point and that you're to weak to stand up for the company you work for anymore.

I went back to the start of this thread in 2016 and you were actually responsive and people in the thread were even giving you positive feedback. What exactly was it that changed? How can you suddenly become so inconsistent and just leave your most important customers hanging?

In the start of this thread you replied 5 times within the first 6 days of having posted or so. Now your last reply was 25 days ago during the most critical time of the year for us MTT players. In that last reply you said you were working on SCOOP and asked for people to give feedback and so on, but somehow you haven't found the need to respond since. I mean sure your job isn't the easiest and people love to complain, but man you should strive to make a difference and do the best possible job you can do no matter where you work. Coming on 2+2 to the guys that love, breath and sleep poker and just updating them once a week with 15 minutes of your time surely isn't too much to ask?

I have always visited this thread and contributed a tiny bit here and there, but mainly I feel sad for the guys that actually spend a lot of time using their brains on actually suggesting really good improvements to the schedule, but getting close to no feedback or just end up getting bypassed by you. Hopefully this message encourages you to spend a little more time for all the good guys in here...

To make life a little easier for all players grinding tournies/sngs with varied speeds. Simply add the option to apply a certain table color to all hypers, turbos, reg speeds etc. This would be under "table themes" and then "apply to".Right now theres only useless categorys like "apply to all beat the clock tables". Please change this, would be soooo usefull

This. I don't know any other fee based business that hides its fees and doesn't notify customers of fee increases. The rec-friendly thing was blown out of the water long ago btw.

Coffins: These are just insulting. The tiny rewards compared to rake (and annoying zero-use freeroll tickets) wind me up so much that I think I would actually prefer no rakeback. The fanfare that accompanies these insulting prizes is just laughable. Please add a user option to turn off all the Jazz and auto-credit the prizes.

Party: This has improved massively and I've switched more of my play there. 40% rakeback and more player friendly. Software much better. I hope more people switch. The only way to stop GreedStars never-ending price increases is if another site gains more market share. Remember the good old days when Party, Stars and FTP used to fight for players' business?

There will be at least one bubble rush with million reentries, fully raked

There will be at least one reverse bubble rush idiot format timbey with reentries

There will be more turbos than last year by a large margin

There will be a lot more rebuys/ reentries than last year

Schedule will have nitty as fk guarantees and will aim to rake everybody to hell and back. Probably the first year since I m aware of scoop being a thing that I am utterly Unexcited for the schedule given the direction this company has been going. Sigh
