You helped me out, so now I'll try to do the same for you.
Regardless of the system and monitors you go for, it is absolutely essential that you get a quality keyboard and mouse that you like! These are the two pieces of equipment that you are actually handling. Don't scimp here! Quality and comfort are imperitive!
Personally, I think the Saitek Eclipse II keyboard is the best one out there, but there are others. I use the MX Revolution mouse both at work and at home and love it for actual work. However, cordless mice have been known to be a bit unresponsive now and then. If you want cordless, then the MX is probably the best choice. However, you may want to consider a high-end corded gaming mouse for some serious multitabling. The speed, precision and reliability of a gaming mouse from Razor, Logitech, Microsoft or Saitek is hard to beat. The biggest differences between these gaming mice is personal preferance. I use a Locitech G5 for gaming. Although I usually just use my MX for 4 tabling on Stars.
Even if you are ordering online, make sure that you actually test out the mouse and keyboard in a shop before you make your choice!
