Hi, I got my stats here for around 44k hands in Mtts, abi around 5 i guess.
Im seeking for a help to get some advice about improving my game, maybe more experienced people can take a quick look at my stats and point out to my leaks .

I would say that on their own these stats don't show the full picture and you would need to dig a little deeper to find out where you're leaking. For example, you are cbetting turn at a decent frequency, but we don't know if your sizings are good, or range construction is off (you could be missing bluffs, or betting too depolarised for value, or bet-folding too high equity hands) for example.

That said, from what I can see, the top 3 leaks IMO would be:

1. Raising too tight from the BTN. Again, it would be useful to break down by stack size and view you're range construction to see exactly what you're missing, but you definitely want to be playing more hands first in from this position.
2. Cold calling too much from earlier positions. You're at risk of getting squeezed, playing multiway, or playing OOP if someone flats behind, so you don't want to call too many weak hands here, sticking mainly to strong suited hands.
3. Folding BB too much, particularly vs LP opens.

I'd recommend making a GTO Wizard account (you can view basic preflop for free) and reviewing the preflop ranges in these areas.

These stats aren't important - you need to focus on exploiting your fellow opponents. You're playing highly exploitative games - throw any GTO strategy out the window. That's the whole game of poker - if you open too wide I'll 3 bet you wider, if you play too tight I'll open wider against you, if you c-bet too wide I'll float/raise wider,etc. There's a counter to every play - I would play just a couple tables at once so you can really focus on your opponents and how to exploit them.
