That's weird because I had no problems at all today for example, seems like random people get affected by it regardless of technical settings? I've experience lag before.

its been horrible for me so far and ive only had 5 tables open. To be fair im on a pretty ****ty connection so i expect a bit of lag but its weird when i can browse fine and stars is just sitting there frozen

both tourneys at 0:50 CET, Draw and Razz turbo didnt start until 0:54 then there was no break at 0:55

obv. no problem on PS site at all -.-

So sick of this. Seems to freeze every 15 mins. Tilting as hell. Sort it out ffs

Re: 18:50 ET tourneys -- we're looking into those to see what happened. From looking at the logs, it does seem that a hand was dealt at 18:58, which shouldn't be the case. Thank you for making us aware of it.

Re: Lag -- will anyone still experiencing lag please write to Support with as much detail as you can provide about what you're seeing (or not seeing), what tournament(s) you were playing, etc? If you'll also provide your client log file (Help > Log Files > Save Log Files as ZIP... from the PokerStars lobby) as an attachment, this may help us to sort things out that much faster. If you put 'FAO StaffBryanS' in your subject header, that'll make it simpler for Support to get the files to me so I can bundle them all together and get them to the right people for investigation, etc.

I'm sorry to read that people are still experiencing issues, and thank those who have provided information while we try to sort them out. I'll be back with more information as soon as I have something pertinent to share.

The lag for me today was just beyond horribad and it would somewhat suck when I lose all my timebank in the sun ball tomorrow in my first hand bc of the lag.

Yeah, I've never really had any of the issues people were reporting in this thread until today. It was nearly unplayable for a couple of hours playing ~10 tables.

Lol $13.50 ko has started on break. Despite the two other 8.30 starting tournies beginning normally. Bodes well for the day.....

At 15:28 CET I had a 20 minute lag where I couldn`t play at all, seems like you got the lag at the same time just an hour later?

I haven't had any lag since yesterday morning

So I guess if you complain enough they'll fix it for you

About this time of day on Friday was the first time I'd really suffered too; I was also playing the same hyper SNGs. Quit after just 1½ hours, was too frustrating to continue.

Was away all day yesterday anyway, but now just wondering if I even dare to bother starting a Sunday session, what with the Storm, the Big 11 and the 6A Milli all about to go off.
