these are my stats from an app for 2023, these games are moderately soft, i always late rego with about 40-50bb
i am winning but not at a big clip
i feel like with the new ICM charts I have become very icm conscious (maybe excessively so), my f3b feels quite high
any guidance would be extremely appreciated

Hard to tell much just from these numbers but looks pretty solid overall. If you can get hand histories it would be worth plugging into a tracker and looking a bit deeper as you can't get much insight from these alone. For example, f3b, you would really want to filter vs allin, vs nonallin. If you're late regging short you're going to face much more allins and therefore the number isn't so high. Similarly, cbet could be low but would be worth seeing IP/OOP/HU/Multiway. fcb could be a bit high but again would be better to see it broken down by sizing/position/HU/Multiway.

Thanks a lot esp to Steelbreeze... yeah I have a mate whos a big winner on GG 200abi, his f3b fcb xr are similar to mine except he plays 27 21vpip pfr so I'm just slightly worried that I'm overfolding some spots

I wouldn't worry too much about stats as most MTTs are highly exploitable so you're looking to play a highly exploitable style yourself. Would focus more on how do I exploit my opponent than stats.

23/16 is on the tighter side but I wouldn't say too tight really. But that in itself isn't very useful and you'd have to dig deeper to find out where you could be expanding your ranges profitably.

Stats can still be very useful for an exploitative style. You could just compare your frequencies to exploitative targets rather than GTO ones. You can also see how your exploitative strategies are performing by checking your EV in certain nodes
