I think the difference between Ivey and 2nd is bigger than the difference between 2nd and 100th.

Obviously someone at Harrah's determined that they could milk a lot more room/entertainment revenue out of everyone by making it so that a huge % of the field made Day 2 and had to stay a few extra days in Vegas.
