Thats really one of the better lists I've seen in a thread like this, 60-70% are probably top 10% in the field and there are more people who are in the top 1% than laughably bad(but its close)

Props to timex for considering it objectively rather than just piling on.

Hmm so you're saying it might be a problem if I'm flying in Saturday evening and hoping to register and play 1D?

The shame is if you get the calling to spread your wings and fly, and you approach the cliff, but then you back away, and from then on you wonder what it would be like to soar on the wind, even for a little while, even if all you did was flail around aimlessly and crash. Think of all the people who have set their sights on being a professional football player, sculptor, or any other challenging career that comes wrapped in pain. Think of how many of them have "failed" or "come up short" or "didn't make it." Were those people wrong to be blinded by their passions? Were they wrong to have a dream? Is it better to have jumped and crashed than to never have jumped at all?

Day 1A, amazon red, table 137 seat 3. gla

Will I have any issues registering? How do I prereg?
I think pre-reg closed ~10 days ago, but it probably wouldn't hurt to contact WSOP directly (702.777.6777 was the # i was given) and make sure you''ll be able to reg if flying in on Sunday.

how are 1d people getting their seat draws? through live registration?
