Any win over $5000 (net of buy in) will be subject to withholding. If you are a U.S. citizen of from a country with a tax treaty (have ITIN), we will only fill out the paperwork, not withhold...if you are not from a tax treaty country, we will hold back 30%.

Looks like there is going to be seat only sats later on. At least there is a dummy target tournament for seat only.

Confirming that ESPN was at PCA doing the filming. I played the celebrity charity event and a bunch of the interviews were always announced as ESPN right next to my seat.

Also guess I'm going to have to go to venetian for this now looks really sick and venetian is an awesome casino.

EDIT: Also is there a better way of getting from vegas to LA for the LAPC besides flying? I dont want to book a flight between the two because I'd like to leave venetian as soon as I bust the main to play LAPC events which means a flight is going to be considerably more expensive when booking a day in advance.

Driving? And Southwest ticket prices don't change drastically if at all.

I mean I won't have a car out there. If it's only a difference of like $100 or w/e to fly then I wouldn't mind it. I just figured flights booked a day in advance went up by like $500 or something outrageous.

Southwest flights usually cost $120 or so whenever you book up to the last minute. One way rental cars are like $100-150 iirc.

i would guess a rental car would be more for rainetech unless he's 25 tho, right? i haven't rented one in forever (maybe never?) but i know that you get a discount when u turn 25 or something.

and yeah i'd just book a flight, if u don't have a car already with you. commerce will also pick u up for free, just tip the driver (at least the bike did this for me before).

My BR is limited, but will enter as many cheap satellites or Steps or whatever as I can to work my way up to a seat.
Started with the Meet Joe Cada in Vegas satellites, I think I have maxed out on those tickets now, so time to work on the NAPT tournaments. The NAPT seem much more popular and tougher fields, but both are fun
Pokerstars.tv will be covering this Live.

I've been waiting for PokerStars to hit the US shores for some time! This is the year I will break onto the scene.

The Venetian NAPT may actually help the LA Poker Classic WPT if more players come in from out of the country and just stay a few more days to play in some LAPC Prelims and the WPT Main

I'm thinkin drive to LA, limo to Venetian, limo back to Commerce, drive home.

Doesn't get much more economical than that.
