Lol sounds like a standard poker conversation with most of my IRL friends. Tbh I quite like the fact that they don't play poker seriously it means I get to talk about something other than poker.

Brag
My beloved Washington Redskins just won the free agency Super Bowl again. To bad that is the only Super Bowl we are going to win. Still the rest of the NFL can suck it!

Beat
Haynesworth will most likely be out with a season ending injury by week 4.

I'm sorry blackize are you indirectly calling me a moron because I'm saying that something you're doing (that is, to me, wrong/immoral/unethical) is immoral and unethical?

Do I have that right?

I don't think it's winning the Super Bowl when your new player had like 2 decent seasons, has a history of behavioral problems, and will most likely jerk off until the last season of his contract.

Yeah, 41 mil guaranteed for Haynesworth is ridiculous. Who had heard of him before this year? He should personally thank the media for sucking his **** this past year.

Alright idk if this is appropriate in here, but idk where else to put it. What the **** is wrong with me? I put in tons of time studying this stupid game, I use sngwiz, nash calculator, pxf videos, and read this forum everyday and I can't ****ing beat $5-6 games. Everytime I think I am getting somewhere I go on a massive downswing, and yes I have read all about variance but by swings just seem absurd.

Here is my sharkscope graph:
Graph

Why is this happening.

EDIT: I can't even post my graph. FML. DirDirDIrty is the name if anyone feels like humoring me.

uh... post more hands and don't ***** in the **** thread. Your graph tells us nothing about what's wrong with your game. That's what posting hands is for.

You probably aren't very good.

Poker isn't as easy as it seems, most winners have worked very hard to get to where they are.

I never said I was amazing, but you're saying someone who reviews sessions in sngwiz, has studied all of beanmo and sheetz videos, discusses HHs with other players daily, etc etc, shouldn't be a solid winner at the $5 level, were I have watched people call big stack shoves as 2nd stack with K2o? That baffles me, but if you honestly believe that I guess I have to just keep working.

Sorry If I came across as bitching, well I guess I was just bitching, I just put in a ton of time and effort and I'm not sure what more I can do besides keep doing what I am doing, and it hasn't seem to pay any real dividends.

Maybe your downswings are bigger than they should be because of poor emotional control? I know that's my problem lately. Although I play cash and tilt control is more important in cash than sngs.

Yeah, I ghosted this forum for a few months after moving over from P5s, then recently created an account to start partaking in discussion. I more read through everyone elses hands than post my own, but I'll start doing that more too.

You probably need a coach at this point. Doesn't have to be some huge high buyin winner, just a solid winner at the $11s or $16s or something.

Herein lies the problem.

You are trying to apply level 4 thinking to a level 1 (or less) mentality at your buyin. Learn to play according the mentality of the level of play in my opinion.

No offense meant, just that the concepts taught at the very highest levels will never work against your average $5.00 SNG donk. Walk, then run.

Good luck man.

Re: *** Official STTf February kakkendaaliluukku Thread - No lame BBV ***

So I finally got HEM to use the HUD (it doesn't have a results DB right? I can't figure out if it's just a HUD database or what. I'm a noob).

Anyway, I think I have to trim it down to just like hands, PFR, and VPIP.

Anything more than that, and it's really distracting. I feel like I have a billion more things to look at before making a routine play, because I'm at least borderline ******ed.

Does this constant feeling of being distracted get any better?!

It took me like 2 sessions and then I never really thought about my HUD again, it just became natural.

It felt super awkward at first though.

Re: *** Official STTf February kakkendaaliluukku Thread - No lame BBV ***

I hate sessions where i think i run like ubercrap and when i'm finished i see i'm up like 8 or 9 buyins. wtf. really messes with my head.

Plus i could be in a DeucesCracked Video with vandweller, but unfortunately i bustoed him, so he is not sure if he is going to use it Doesn't matter a whole lot since i don't have a DC acc anyways

While reading the "its moronic to think its moronic to think killing boku's action in his thread is moronic/immoral"-discussion, i remembered this image instantly:

Everytime i'm feeling bad, i look at this pic and laugh my a** off. i know its super old and stuff...

Which version do you use? i guess you just downloaded 1.07. Version 1.07 only supports results/graphs for cashgame.
There is a beta version of 1.08 out (currently beta 12 i think), which supports tournaments with graphs, results, etc. You can find it in the Support Forum.

Once you setup your HUD to show only Name, VPIP, PFR, AF and Hands and colorcode it accordingly, you should get used to it pretty fast. The colorcoding is really useful and makes it a lot easier to read the HUD as fast as possible, which is obv the most crucial factor when multitabling
