I have 62 hr, 25 tabling over a 3k sample. I didn't calc out the fpps exactly, so it might be less than 70 exactly. I was running under expectation accordiing to Juk's calc on like 1500 of them, didn't run the rest.

Edit: TM is really annoying in that I can't get it to show the specific sample, it might not be quite 3k, I think it's like 2700ish. Been running at about 50/hr on the 1500 games on either side of it, but I've been playing less tables while I mix 27s/38s. This month is 49/hr over 916 16s.

So anyways, at about midnight last night, I had just fallen asleep only to wake to hearing a girl moaning through my wall. I honestly have not seen these people before because apparently they have weird hours and they must of moved in while I was gone on my honeymoon.

My apartment walls aren't too thin, so she was insanely loud. I'll admit I was listening pretty close, while my wife is still asleep. This girl is giving the consistent "uh, oh, etc." sounds with the occasional, "oh yea, don't stop" and other traditional comments. Suddenly, I hear a much more high pitched girl's voice talking very dirty, like "yeah, I know that's how you like it". Like I said, I've never seen these people, so I don't know if it's two girls or what.

Maybe you have a solo guy neighbor with surround sound hooked up to his pc?

Haven't bothered with it myself, but from what I've heard you need to reimport your old hands which should work fairly quickly.

i could make 35/hr 1 tabling the 33s HUSNG. im just curious why so many of you guys are still playing the least profitable form of poker.

i'm being serious here, and i'm looking for a serious answer. I know i used to goof off a lot in this forum a few yrs ago but as a mature and highly profitable poker player myself i am genuinely curious why so many of the same names are still posting in this forum and playing STTs.

I use Neteller and the netpluscard to cash out. Day before yesterday my wife tried to withdraw and the machine said insufficient funds (not true) ... the transaction has been listed as accepted in my Neteller account, so obv I queried this. Instant suspension of my card, so now I can't cashout = catastrophe! If this has happened to any of you, can anyone estimate how long it will take for them to complete their investigations and reactivate my card? I need to plan for food here! Obv their customer service people are being useless ...

A lot of people have moved to cash. Most of the ones that were around 2-3 years ago that played sng's and still play sng's are crushing. Could they make more playing cash? Maybe but most of them feel sng's are way easier to grind.

Explain to me why you play hu's sng's rather than hu's cash or shorthanded cash.

CTS seems pretty nervous all the time. Same for Raptor, but not as bad.

Indy, most of the people still posting here from before don't play sng's anymore. the few that do do so because thats what they like playing and thats what they have confidence in. They play them because thats what they like to do.

I play SNG's because i'm not good at poker.

Find me another game where I can make 35-40 an hour and be bad at poker and I'll go play that.

I'm thinking about climbing some alpine stuff there at some point but it's just a hair-brained thought at the moment. (I'm still trying to figure out what the right balance is between not taking too many risks with a young child to raise, but still doing stuff I love to do.)

I post here because it's my "home"; I don't play SnG's anymore.....but one good reason to play them is because they have a lower variance than equally priced MTT's or cash games......As long as Pineapple continues to play SnG's they will remain profitable for the rest of us

+1. I've made forrays into cash but never got to the point where its as profitable as SnGs. Plus I'm addicted to the vip program.
