Email
support@pokerstars.com and follow their directions (including sending your log files to support)
They'll help to figure out where the problem is, and how to overcome it.
Generally, don't use wireless internet connections.

QFT. This applies to all 'continuous' internet services like gaming, IP telephony, video streaming, etc.
Basically, the internet isn't designed for continuous connections that are needed for interactive gaming, and packets of information are lost along the way. When you're web browsing, or AIM chatting, this isn't a noticeable problem - your browser or AIM will just re-request the information, and you don't even notice the delay.
However, for interactive gaming, this doesn't work so well... if enough packets are lost, you can get disconnected and then the service has to re-establish a connection. Since that activity is time sensitive to a few seconds, you notice it.
This is why youtube and video streaming services establish a buffer and download a chunk before it actually starts playing - if you create a lead time in the download, even if you are temporarily disconnected, you normally won't notice it since the play speed is constant.
Think of it like a hypothetical train driving along the train tracks, while the train tracks are still being built. If the construction has a lead time, and the train generally moves at the same speed as the construction, then you won't notice any interference for the workers taking time off for lunch or whatever. However, if the train is at the very front of the construction, then it'll have to keep stopping and starting everytime more train track is laid.
