Not so many issues to deal with from the thread last week. The stream of posts that have been made here over the last few days came after I read through the thread last time, so I’ll address those the next time if need be.

I understand that you as players want to see changes happen the moment you think of them, but for a big change like this will be there is a process to go through to make sure that it will be acceptable for a large majority of the players.

Baard at what stage will u address my e-mails regarding missed tournaments, you haven't even bothered to reply, its great to see you refunding some players, however given i e-mailed about this problem 6months ago and now again and yet you dont reply to a personalised e-mail, do you refund those who where affected by hundreds of $, yet ignore me because you know my figure will be in the many thousands?

Its becoming glaringly obvious pokerstars has an issue here and i think blaming every player from every country for there internet connection is laughable

I know rake is very sensitive topic here. I would like to ask a question regarding rake however. BUT. Im not asking you to change the rake or whatever. Mods please dont delete this post. I only want to ask something.

Im just curious why is that 30$ KO turbo sng has percentually higher rake than 15$ KO turbo sng. Everywhere I see rake lowering with stakes moving up. Maybe you can give me some explanation?

Another week has passed, so it’s time to look what’s happened in the thread since my last post.
After I made the post in the thread where this issue is discussed, I have received a couple of log files which I have passed along to our developers.

As we speak, they are trying to figure out what causes this problem and I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

As for refunds, you will only get those if you proactively contact support with a list over the tournaments that you were prevented from playing. Unfortunately, there are no automated ways for us to do that for you.

It is true that the rake percentage generally goes down as the stakes increase. However, the rake for $15 and $30 is meant to be the same in terms of percentage. Differences are therefore due to rounding .

More time to act pleasee. Its incredibly hard to take a decision with the current time. Live poker players have all the time to act to make a decision (and they 1 tabling). why dont we, online players, have at least a couple more seconds? I am just asking for a few more SECONDS, COMMON. Andre coimbra, team online pokerstars pro, said in one of his recent videos, that he stopped playing a type of tournament because of this. I totally agree with him, specifically 6/9 max sit and gos its so hard to make a decision with such a low time to act.

Dude, I think you need to look for ways to get better at not needing so much time rather than PS making this change for everyone. Look at some of the more common situations you run into where you are taking a long time to decide and come up with an action plan for those situations. This is all part of getting better as an on-line player.

I dislike the berating of the guy who asked for more time. Think its important to listen especially to rec players...

What is really needed is "flex time", not "more time" or "less time". You should be allowed to take a lot of time on one hand but not on many hands over and over. Right now this one size fits all strategy is hurting rec players who may need more time on certain key hands, and its hurting games because regs can tank every hand when multitabling which makes the game less fun for rec players.
