also true, but it doesnt mean you have to sacrifice what has made you so good in the past. just because they had great customer service, promos, rakeback doesnt mean moving forward they can just do whatever they want. If they want to be industry leaders they must upkeep all the things that made them great which cleary no effs are being given anymore
