I'm really happy that Mike Sexton is back on board in that type of capacity. The objectives that he laid out seem quite reasonable and obtainable.

hey collette/anyone that knows, is there a way i can request the last 2 weeks of MTT hand historys so i can upload to PT4 on my poker computer, it was in being fixed, i dont have access to the one i played said MTTs on so need the files sent from the site its self to be uploaded, any help appreciated

Can i buy into the final UK championship phase like the other phases?

I was lucky a friend told me, cashed them in this Sunday. Another friend was not so lucky, he lost everything and support claims one email (who opens these?) was enough to warn the players. He checked his spam folder and they did sent the mail, but this can't be how you communicate these things.
I wonder how much money they made doing this...

Logged in via web but no way to exchange points either. Party def needs to handle this appropiately.

Yesterday i bought 10x22$ Entry to Powerfest Events tickets for my last 1800 points. Because they were still in the points store after this powerfest ended, i thought it means, i will be able to use them to regular 22$ mtts, or they will be converted into T$s, or i will be able to use them next powerfest. None of this is true unfortunatly and now i am left with 220$ worth of tickets that will expire on May31. (The expiry date wasn't displayed either when i bought the tickets.)

Is there anything, you could do about this?

Yeap forgot to exchange points too, about 300$ worth of them. Can't they just roll over to the new system or something? Mostly excited about how well powerfest went and the new rb system/future of party, it's important to keep that buzz going by making details like this right.

One of the 215's prog KO on the regular days should be a freezout ( and i bet would get much bigger guaranteed. You alreay have another 215 KO phew hours later and none of them its getting too many entries.

Points have now expired and have no value - there will be no exceptions

We sent an email given 60 days notice regarding the planned changes to the store/loyalty plan
We then ran a 30 day store sale
We used social media , player forums, FB groups and the general poker press to announce plan changes and inform all players to use the points
We also had the info in the lobby, lobby banners and on our website

When you work at the new schedule please dont forget plo8...there is demand (guaranteed pricepools often doubles) and so much room for improvements.

I guess they didn't update it yet at the time my friend logged in, because for him it worked.

Seeing the list of actions you guy took it seems a bit more fair, but then still you could have just bought up leftover points at some value lower than the value one would get purchasing tickets. It's not that the whole loyalty system is gone, if that were the case I'd say your actions were fair. This is the equivalent of some airline changing Airmiles to Airkilometers (metric system ftw) and setting your count back to zero because you are not on a flying forum nor do you like their Facebook page and as everyone one I know you delete promotional emails without reading it

I understand your perspective, but I couldn't really swap my points in until the last moment because you get a much worse rate the lower the bonus you buy and you're constantly earning points during powerfest, and then powerfest was over and I forgot to log in on the monday when you have a huge scoop/powerfest/XL series hangover and boom, gone is 300$. It'd be much fairer if you had a significant period of time after you stop earning points to do as you please with them. Or exchange the points at 20% if unused or something.
