If you really want to understand it, you can look at a BB graph to determine how you run. In terms of MTTs/180s looking at a BB graph post antes can give you a good feel, but this is over a larger sample. But you should only be worried about your EV line if it reassures you to stay focused and keep grinding, worrying about how much you are running bad or good is bad.
