I think it's pretty important to balance your 48bb EP shoves (with AA,KK) by also shoving hands like A3o. You have to balance every single play you make since regs are really good and actually take notice of what you've done previously and the perfect way to balance in this situation is by shoving this exact hand. Balance is so f important and I really admire you for posting this marginally +EV shove. Did I mention balance is really important? I mean, just L O L @ anyone who shoves 13bbs with 22 on the button...r/c ftmfw...because you'd r/c AA wouldn't you!?!?

Anyone incorporating 18s/45s into their daily schedule?
How do you find them in comparison to 180s ROI wise / regs:fish etc?
Would you mix all 3 together or be doing blocks of 45/18s and separate blocks of 180s?
Would you recommend adding them if you do not currently?

18s dont have breaks, so they are tough to mix in.

they play very different and are icm heavy so playing both might be difficult as well.

try it out and see if you like it imo

Both imo..

I mix 45's when I'm starting a set or when i insta bust like 15 tables to get numbers up. It's pretty easy to do, although annoying as they take a little bit more concentration on average. However it's pretty easy.

Their pretty low variance though think the worst downswing i've had in those is like 80 AVG BI's.
