We are experiencing an issue with our Sit & Go tournaments. For this reason,
all Sit & Go tournaments regeneration has been stopped. We will resume
normal service as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be considering refunds for materially affected players. "Materially
affected" means you missed a considerable number of hands and lost a
significant portion of your chip stack due to blinds and antes. If you
believe you were materially affected by this issue, please email us with the
following subject line:

"REFUND: T#_________, $X+Y, User ID"

Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.

For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"

For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:

T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.

If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the PokerStars
software using the playing audit feature. From the PokerStars Lobby screen,
select:

'Requests’ → ‘Playing History Audit...'

Please also be aware that your refund request may take a few days to be
processed.

i dont get it... whats happening with stars? should i take the day off? xD

just email support a list of the tourney ID#s that affect you. If you can include extra info like how many players are left, prizepool, your stack, average stack etc then all the better, this'll help you verify that you've been refunded anywhere near the correct equity.

when exactley did they experience difficulties? cause this affected my entire first session, allthough some busted b4 relogging in and getting blank tables instead :S

it'll certainly help. Separate screenshots of every lobby and table would be optimal, as the important info is the remaining players, prizepool, payouts and stacks. But anything's better than nothing!

Sup guys, just got back from a month in the states, played a couple of the turbo's yesterday and my HUD wasn't finding the new hands that i was playing yet table manager recognised that I had tables open. HUD wasn't displaying at all anyone know what I should do here?

Just put in a detailed request (tourney ID numbers) for everything you want a refund for stars are pretty good like that.
