For buy ins ranging from $100-$10,000, which NLHE tournaments in Las Vegas or Los Angeles for 2008 (actual upcoming events) have the largest fields and top heavy pay structures? In other words, I'm looking for the non-NLHE tournaments in LV or Los Angeles with the highest ROI for the top 3. I'm thinking pot limit omaha and limit hold-em would probably have large enough fields to yield a large return.

Does anyone with experience have any suggestions? I have played a lot of online poker and play all forms of poker, but I am pretty green when it comes to live MTT play. The NLHE events are easy to find (and gauge in terms of field size, competition level, etc.) There seems to be a lot less information about other non-NLHE events.

I can also travel to northern california for Bay 101. If anyone can direct me to stats on Poker Classic, that would be helpful too (particularly previous year's final table rosters, field sizes, etc.)
