Oy. I'm a nit, so grain of salt, but I would just flat the flop. He raised UTG and is now betting into 3 people. He should never have worse than KTs here, and often quite a bit better. In fact, he bet for...value?...with middle pair, which is atrocious. Unfortunately he then sucked out, as atrocious players often do.

I do think we have an opportunity to get away on the turn or at least river given all of his bluffs have come in (Ax, JT). Even if calling is +chip EV, which it is probably not, your tournament life has value and you're better off preserving it.

Top pair strong kicker and you started the hand with under 15BB and you have an SPR of not even 1.3 going to the flop... yeah I think you just get it in on the flop here.
