Which of the following two tournament formats would be the highest EV for a nitty-style player who often min-cashes in a standard tournament (but rarely gets a big stack) and does will in old-style satellites (but often crumbing into the seat vs getting a big stack), : A) A $200 ($40 vig) milestone satellite that awards $1600 once a player gets 10x a starting stack, or B) A $200 bounty ($40 vig) event with a $50 bounty, and $110 to the main prize pool.

I'd assume the former as in a bounty tournament you need to be willing to gamble more to try to win bounties.
