I would love to know your opinion on this hand, all streets, preflop I've called for pot odds (probably mistake?), turn bet sizing - no idea (probably not enough), river play could be a smaller sizing? (wanted to extract value from top pair).
Is this even straight fold pre? Villain is 32/24/8 with 75% cbet over 25 hands (super small sample)
Thanks for any valuable advice, also point me in a right direction if I am posting the hand history review in a wrong thread. Many thanks!
Fold pre for sure - general principle to follow is that suited bottom end of range hands vs a min open get called 100% of the time from the bb, off suit combo's that are pure trash are either fold or polar 3b depending on circumstances.
As played, 25% ott doesn't accomplish anything...imo we want to take hands that have future street equity and turn those into semi-bluffs instead of taking hands as such 3 way opp and trying to push players out the pot on such a dynamic board.
On the river, you don't rep much either...realistically you're not betting a 6 on the turn, so we can pretty much exclude that from your range so you're super polar on turn...if you had a K or two pair ott you'd most likely bet bigger for protection too...so imo its quite obvious you don't have much.
Fold pre, check turn, c/c river, you had no business being in this hand and there's nothing worse than losing all your chips after calling with garbage.
