Fold. Why you need to risk chips when you anyway don't have them lot and that guy haven't play any hand. Dont really think hes that guy who shoves K6s UTG just cause he has 8,5bbs and blinds are coming.

I am probably wrong, but I am going to fold this spot. If the blinds where higher with more dead money (antes), I would call. But I think I need at least 2-1 to call this.

It's usually pretty close in these situations. Your pot odds are 1000:750 which means you need about 43% hand equity. Here is a reasonably tight range for UTG:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 38.915% 34.38% 04.53% 223733316 29478038.00 { KQs }
Hand 1: 61.085% 56.55% 04.53% 367986128 29478038.00 { 77+, ATs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo }

As you can see, if his range includes a few lower pairs and a few more aces, a call might be correct. Even with his stats of 4/0/0, he onlyhas 8.5BBs so he may be shoving quite a bit more than the range I gave in Pokerstove.
