First, I'm skeptical of the claim that the metabolites stored in fat cells have anything to do with causing tolerance (obviously they correlate with the fact that you've eaten a lot of bananas recently, which correlates with increased tolerance). So, while "burning fat" via exercise is a good idea because exercise is good for you generally and should make you feel better, I doubt it's a some silver bullet that will make your tolerance go down noticeably faster.

Also, sweet sample size Devo. My last two live tournaments would "prove" the opposite contention.

Not worth it. I have done the same thing cause I eat bananas all day. ALL DAY. Wanted lower the ol' potassium in my system, and it turns out it only works for the first banana when you start again.

pretty much it just doesnt work to eat them all day they must remain a treat. eat chicken potatos and bread all day or something

I agree. For some reason I can not accomplish that, and get stuck in a rut where I only eat the banana.

When I quit I feel weird for the first few days.

I am skeptical as well. Whether or not the fat storage and the 4-6 weeks claims are accurate is less important to me than taking at least a week or two break regardless, though. I'm definitely going to not smoke for a week, then go from there. In a perfect world I stop for a month or two and then resume smoking at a way smaller rate than I previously did. If my tolerance is noticeably less than that will be awesome. If it's a little less but quickly gets high again, that will suck but at least I tried.

so theoretically to get "as high as last time" u need to stop for a week in between, which is essentially impossible anyway and still wouldnt be as good as the last time every time. moderation is good tho

i def have some glorydad plan though where i smoke every sun night or something as the kids get that good sunday night sleep and then i just rock out dad style all week

Burning fat through exercise will definitely decrease your tolerance if only for the fact that your body will detox faster do to increased water input and output.

Exercising makes you detox faster. It's also great your brain activity. I need to go to the gym again.

This is one of the things I don't want to happen. When you returned to smoking did you immediately start smoking all day again? My plan is to do it pretty gradually until i'm smoking like once or twice a night at most.

I kind of feel like i'm just randomly speculating and doing stuff and setting myself up for failure! weeee

Yeah I start all day again. So if you detox and then use moderation you will probably like the results. Or they will be more towards what you are looking for.

For those who have the volcano. Has anyone ever tryed grinding up certain types of flowers. In the book they give you it states its not for weed purposes and it gives you all types of flowers to grind up and vaporize at different temperatures which is supposed to relieve stress. Anyone experiment?

and no I'm not a *** I'm just broke this week and cant buy any ****in bananas

hmm i think they just put that stuff on there to justify selling it as a device that is not meant to do drugs out of. it might taste nice but i doubt it will have any effect on you.

yea, but a lot of the enjoyment from smoking is just inhaling and exhaling smoke/vapor, so i could see vaporizing lavender or whatever bs stuff they tell you to vaproize being relaxing/enjoyable. never tried it though.

Yea.. probably just the smell of it that makes you relax, and I'm sure these plants are tasty vaporized.

Man, I remember 2 summer's ago right around the time I just bought my vaporizer. Me and my friend Ian were enjoying our usual Friday summer in the Jersey shore by starting cocktail hour around noon. What a day, what a night.. Time flies by and its around 12:00 AM we are completely ****faced and have smoked a ****load already at a party. I think the party broke up earlier and we ended up going back to my house to fire up the volcano in my basement. We were waiting for some of the girls from the party to come over and while we were bored and waiting for the volcano to heat up. Somehow we both came up with the idea to grind up some coke with our bud. It didn't take us to long to realize what we would be doing and it was borderline smoking crack so we decided not to do it. I can only imagine how ****ed up we would have gotten tho..it would have been either incredible or one of us would have commited suicide hah
