importance of ICM in x/45s?

i pull the trigger on every marginally +cEV shove for the most part. how much equity am i giving away by doing this with the payout structure of 45s (on PS if that matters)? with 180s being so top-heavy i know it mattered a lot less. i don't understand ICM so i just ignore it
