Hypers C-bet sizing Hypers C-bet sizing

I have noticed that regs cbet sizing in hyper-turbo sit-n-gos is often close to 1/3 of the pot (15-25 bbs stacks).
I'd like for someone to explain why people went to lowering the cbet size from 50-60% to those 30-40%, and also some math behind it.
Thanks in advance.

Depends on villain a lot, it's bad to have a "one-size-fits-all" cbet %pot.

If you know e.g. some guy will call/raise when he hits the flop in some particular way and fold if he doesn't, so never floats / raises small cbets with air / ..., there is no point in betting 50-60% of the pot if you miss, when you can achieve the same effect with betting 30-40%, risking less chips.

Something this general would belong in the beginners sticky thread at the top of this subforum; you could however post some example hands with all relevant stats in a new thread asking about sizing in specific spots . As leakssuck said, it depends on a lot of factors (villain, flop texture, spr, etc)

There was just a good thread about cbet sizing in the husng forum recently iirc, but I can't seem to find it. If I do, I'll add the link

Edit: Meh not the thread I was thinking of, but there is some good content in here
