Hand 1:

1 - Why not just flat the Flop bet if you're looking to continue rather than making an equally absurd bet which is likely to achieve nothing?
2 - I don't know what to make of villain's line at this point and therefore would probably call the Turn bet rather than taking a higher variance approach with total confusion and uncertainty.
As played:
3 - The River for me is a fold.

Hand 2:

1 - You'll be easily exploited with your sizing. You raised absurdly small in hand 1 when you have nothing OTF and in hand 2, raised pot when you had TPTK.
2 - This would be one of those times where I do take a high variance line and call here. Based on how villain played the last hand against you which seemed like value, this hand looks more like a bluff attempt with redraws.

Hand 1 I'd just flat the flop bet.

Hand 2, hard o say and would really depend on the hands he's shown down with the lines he's taken.

Tbh, you're playing so deep with this nutcase, I think you're gonna be way better off adopting a small-ball type strategy with your "okay" hands until you get a monster that you can get him to spaz off against.

H2 is spew. When a passive fish overshoves 10x pot it's a clear fold
