Relatively close? We're about 600 eliminations from the money. Not close enough to start making heavy ICM adjustments, even with this many people getting paid.
That said, I think jamming is OK. Unless you think someone might 4-bet light as a bluff and you want to induce. I would hate to 3-bet/fold this hand in this spot, though. (Under 30BB I think I just always jam; definitely under 25BB.)
Hand 2 I think fold is fine between the size/position of UTG's shove and having five people behind you.
Hand 3 call seems OK, generally standard. With your stack size and the 2.5x open, though, I wouldn't criticize you for folding, either.
I didn't run any of these spots yet; this is just my first impression.
