Ghosting / Gto sims / Ai final tables is it a big problem?

Are site like Pokerstars really catching people from stables etc. from cheating at final tables?
Just wondering because I'm drawn to MTTs but not sure if its worth it.
I play zoom cash mid stakes and cheating in that situation can't be happening that much since you would likely have to one table doesn't really make sense unless its high stakes, but big final tables in MTT incentive seems high.
