It's 1st level and haven't played any of the people at the table except the shover who i had as 22/13 over 45 hands. I hate flatting but i felt i was in too early of a position to shove...AK I would have had no problem. Looking back at it now I feel like I should have shoved but wanted to double check and make sure.

UTG raises to t303 all in, 1 fold, Hero calls or shoves?

I think calling is the worst thing you can do here. What's your plan once you run into some other callers and see a flop? Or if someone raises on top? Either let it go, or just shove to make it you against UTG (who I'm sure most likely has crap given his short-stack).

I jam...It's get's to awkward if we flat and someone shoves over us...We need to fold out like 22-TT someone would should over you but not call with...

I would fold here... I wouldn't want to shove 40 BBs first level with AQ with 6 people to act behind me. You can just wait to outplay these mofos since you still have enough chips to play a bit postflop ... I really dont think a push here is that good...
10% shove 10% call 80% fold i think.
flat is just yuckie, but I may flat in this spot because im not thinking straight - since i know these spots ALWAYS get me in trouble unless everyone folds behind (but come on, what are the chances of that?)

I would shove TT+,AQ+ here,maybe even 99 but thats a leak for sure.

I would fold but this is really thin. My range (for pushing) is 99+, AK, AQs+. Don't flat 1/5th of your stack.

Didnt see at first that this was FT not stars. You could fold then with the slowr structure, but in a turbo you can't pass these edges.
