Is playing some sit and go tournaments a good idea to build a healthy enough bankroll for grinding 100/200NL? Bovada has single table tournaments where 1-3 places out of 6 double up their $100 buyin. Also 1-2 places triple up out of 6 with buy ins from $100-$200.

I understood only this, sorry, bad English. Depends on the another "contidions". I never played there. Rakeback, maybe leaderboard. Rake (fee)...Traffic, regs. The "standard" is SNG, then MTT. But can be a good idea. Most likely the SNG is more profitable (than cash) at $10-$20. Then become difficult. You can play $20 and then NL100...
But for NL200 "healthy enough bankroll" is several months SNG grind...What do you mean with "healthy"? "Healthy" is not even 10k.
