Post shouldn't read FT sorry. Full Tilt obviously.

I just moved to the table and by his limp/call I assume he is set mining.

However what I really want to know is my bet a little to big to extra value.

Again I assume he is going to fold if he doesn't hit so I want to entice him to call. Should I have made it 250? The board isn't scary at all for what I think he has (mid PP most likely)

extracting value is a problem I am still having but not a big one since I usually play micro stakes and they value themselves usually.

You are either way ahead or way behind here, you can check and let him bluff at it on the turn, if you are worried that your bet is a little too big then bet 300, but 400 is not bad, its just thats a good dry board that he most likely missed, so maybe the only way u can extract value is checking and hope he bets, or you can make a weird bet of 200-250 and see if he decides to peel one off.
