If it were heads up, I would call. However, with SB left to act I prefer folding.

Hi,

it depends on what you want to call, pot odds against UTG push is OK.
There is a limp pre-flop from UTG with on 3bet on your open, that is in most case (60-70%) some speculative cards, maybe QQ+, but in most cases no.
The UTG would push any hit, in most cases it is Jx/3x/week Ax - strong Ax UTG would push pre-flop, some FD.

The fold is OK by me.
That push from this player is definitely very loose K6o, he pushed for back-doors strait and color, 35% equity max, with zero fold equity with his stack
