All-in?
Raise to some non all-in amount and fold to a 4bet?
Raise to some non all-in amount and call a 4bet?
Fold, AQo OOP is a waste of 2BBs given stacks?

Looks like a clear all-in at a glance. You have enough info here to plug it into an ICM calculator.

ICM calculator says to 3! shove here.

Button should be opening 63.5% of his hands here with a huge chiplead.

We can 3! shove only 8.7% of our hands though. 77+, A9s+, and ATo+.

That's not exactly right. This is a push-fold calculation. If the button shoves, we can only call off with 77+, A9s+, ATo+.

That said, if button is a good player, it might give me pause that he raised 2.5x instead of open ripping. I think AQo is still too good not to go with here, though.

Thanks for the clarification. I thought it was showing open raising ranges and then the corresponding 3! shove ranges.

Either way, it's a 3! shove here with AQo.
