I assume you all are tired of hearing this but here's some specific feedback on software:
Let's take a look at the info tab here:
It seems dumb to have "Chips in play" at the very top, no one cares about this. Especially since I now have to scroll down to see "Your position".
Why not use seperators for thousands? When it's a large field tournament, it can be tough to make out what exactly the largest stacks are. The same issue is in tournament lobbies. To hammer it home:
17237819 = bad
17,237,819 = good
It's dumb that I have to manually keep hitting the refresh button. This should be a little trickier but the goal should be that every time a new hand is dealt, it automatically refreshes, like Stars for example.
Display people left and places in the money somewhere openly on the table so I can have the chat box open alongside it. Even 888 got this done! If you're going to do this, I think the Winamax method looks the best.
If you're overhauling the entire software, there are many things I would copy from Winamax. More specifically on MTT tournaments: the players stack sizes should physically be very large numbers from a font-perspective. They are so tiny on your current software that during multi-tabling, extra focus needs to be used.
