I have just moved tables, this is my second hand on this table. Nothing of interest happened on the first hand. What's your line on the flop?

With the way this hand played out, I have an extremely tough time getting away from this hand. My move would be to shove for the following reasons:

1) Flat call from the SB indicates to me AQ-AK, 99-JJ (or worse, I suppose).
2) Your roughly 1/2 size pot bet on the flop looks a lot like a continuation bet and an aggressive player could make this huge reraise hoping to catch you with AQ+.

As played, get your money in, too many reasons not to.

Yes, and I think most people would do so.

Your bet sizes are pretty much perfect. His raise on the flop is scary, but there are a lot of draws out there. I think against a random opponent you can put sets, some overpairs, TP, a lot of draws into his range, that take this line.

You're just ahead of too much here IMO despite the crazy raise size, so I'd get it in.

i wouldnt call this an instant shove, but with such a high raise from villian it looks as though he has a pair and a draw (possibly A6h or something related), regardless i would probably get my money in and hope the aces hold. (even though they never do!)
