Like some others have mentioned, even though his MTT advice is excellent, you would do well to ingnore everything Harrington writes about STTs.

FWIW I think 250 is fine on the flop since you can still ship most turns, but I do think it's kinda funny that he makes it 200 pre and than tries to make these small flop bets.
