A couple hands from 0K buyin at WSOP... A couple hands from 0K buyin at WSOP...

Was watching a little of the $250K buyin yesterday on ESPN...two hands really struck me as odd, and I know these guys are better than me:

1. Tilston, after getting an awful river beat on the previous hand, calls all in with Q4 against the chip leader with about 15bb left...this seems really bad...you have to wait for a better spot, right?

2. Heads up, final hand. Heath raises OOP with 53 against a 3-1 chip leader after a limp is questionable, but OK. But then, on a flop of 567 he checks, villain bets, and he just calls. I was sure he would C/R all in with his pair/gutter, especially considering his preflop raise. Or lead out. c/c has to be a bad option, right?

Of course, villain binks a Queen on the turn...gets more money in. And gets the rest, and the bracelet, on a bricked river.

I didn't understand Heath's play at all on the flop...can someone explain, or was it just a poorly played hand?

Q4 hand is strange.
was is suited tho? after losing a hand maby wanted to get stack back up or go home, considering moneyjumps whatnot
or long day made Q4 look like AQ

2nd hand i would just CB flop or entirely give up?
