I base that on some content I have seen from these sites and also on my clients. I have coached hundreds of players and in the beginning of the session I always ask them about their study routine - what tools, solvers, coaching sites etc. they use to study poker. And users of these sites aren't usually that good. That might not be so bad for PokerCoaching because it is not that expensive, but I've had way too many players who were shockingly clueless about some basic poker concepts after buying a $1k RYE masterclass, which really doesn't speak well about it considering the high price.
On the other hand if I were to make some big excel sheet with average stakes and ROI or BB winrate compared to coaching sites used by my clients, CNC would surely be on top. It is not as well known as the other sites, but most of the users tend to be winning regs.
Another good example of why site like BBZ is more honest than something like RYE is that BBZ coaches have no problems using different tools like GTO Wizard or DTO (which could be considered partly competition to their product) because they know they have absolutely no chance in competiting with those tools in the stuff those tools focus on. So instead they focus in explaining strategies in more human to human style, which is definitely very useful thing, as solver outputs can be very hard to understand for less experienced players. RYE on the other hand will try as hard as possible to keep you in their system, using their pairrd tool, putting way too much emphasis on how you should avoid GTO and play exploitivately (while giving you wrong examples of exploits at the same time).
