With 6-8 hrs you are fit for the usual MTTs that the sites offer. I'd multisite to pick the best majors from different sites. 888 has some good satellite as they often overlay and always have rakefree rebuys/addons. I'd also add partypoker to the list of playable sites as they have good rakeback and only 50% rake for PKO tournaments than the other sites.
While you're at it, I strongly recommend the "Caption" apps called StarsCaption, PartyCaption and 888Caption. They strongly improve the playing experience, multitabling organisation and are with 25-30$ yearly fee def worth their money. You can get them for free to try out for mtt games under 3$ BI. Another tool I use is StarsHelper (other user might prefer Table Ninja) just for the cause of efficient tiling over multiple sites.
Other than party, I'd stay away from hogging one site as rakeback has become nothing especially on 888/stars. VPP points for MTTs have been halved some months ago pretty much without anyone noticing (as we already didn't take rb serious on stars these days)
If you are good in cash, chances are your biggest leaks are ICM like Final Tables and Bubble approaching right now. For that I suggest to rent out a copy of Holdem Resources Calculator and do extensive calculating everyday, minimum 30 minutes per playing day is a good routine long term.
And maybe get the" from the ground up" MTT course from Run it once or Tournament Masterclass from Raise your Edge. Better to spend money for education as for some high buy in where you don't deliver your best

In this spread sheet I listed some mtts from 888/stars and noted their ending times so you can easily see which tournaments would fit into your schedule. The times are UTC+1 I guess (it says utc+2 due to summer time but I can't remember when I made the sheet). And the sheet may be off here and there as it has not been updated in the recent months. Could help nevertheless.
