I don't understand the small flop lead - he's not folding to such a small bet and you don't exactly have a strong enough hand to want to start building a pot.

Not crazy about the turn sizing either. That board is so much better for your range that he can't have many hands willing to call a large bet. You're targeting exactly Ax there but he'll fold everything else in his range.

i mean 14bb with 87% of our range seems like a probably made a good choice.

So if you're just going to do what the solver tells you to do, why post the hand?

because i thought it was a really interesting hand? i think there's a misconception that every posted hand is someone not knowing what to do. sometimes its someone who does know what they're doing that thinks the hand has value to help others.

like you thought my exact hand shouldn't use this size and completely miss the fact that our entire range uses this size.... you can glean that this is a texture where hero is allowed to get waaaayyy ool. 234, 345, 245, 356, etc etc.... these low connected boards vs a very condensed ep range are great for bb since we have a massive nut advantage and even his Ax has to fold by the river because we have like every single offsuit straight in the deck and he doesn't. i posted this hand to help people navigate a spot in a way that i think a lot of people miss because they're conditioned to think donking is bad and don't understand how/way/when to ob turns.

and for the record. i don't have the gb to run 85% ranges man. a friend of mine just ran the solve yesterday, so until last night i didn't know for certain that my line was appropriate. i mean, i was pretty sure it was vwp, but i didn't have the solve to verify with.

Question, what do we do on turns like a T, or even an A?

I think there's also a misconception that solvers give us the answer. The poker world relies way too heavily on solvers these days.
