I've been playing TAG for most of this FT and have loosened up (44/39 over 35 hands since we've been 3 handed) but have been folding my SB to Villain's BTN raises frequently.
Villain (32 BBs) is 41/26 up until now but has opened in PO. the last 5/7 times or something close and I've (53 BBs) just been waiting for a good spot. Then I pick up AQc, Blinds are 3.5/7K...

Pretty easy gii 3-handed. If he has >AQs, it's a cooler and there's nothing you can do about it. In any case, if you don't wanna gi 32x pre w/ AQs, you shouldn't be 3-betting it, even oop - if you plan to 3-bet/fold this hand, you're essentially turning your hand into a bluff and AQs is just way to strong for that. The only way that I'm ever not getting this in pre 3-handed is if the third guy has very little chips and V has me covered - in that case I'd just flat and play the flop OOP.
