This guy was a total fish haveing 88/40/65.I checked back the flop cause is was so dry and i thought i could not take value from anything.Is the river call correct?

    I think it's a fine call if you've seen him do sth like this. But if it were me I probably wouldn't risk my tournament life at this early stage.

    Perfectly fine. That's as dry a board as you can get and villain will have a very wide range. Sure he could have 86 for the rivered straight or some donk 2p combo, but he'll also have worse Kings and busted flush draws there too. Not to mention pairs like JJ/TT/88. Hell he could even have A5/A7 there.

    never fold?! you are asking that because you lost, otherwise why would you fold top pair? if you say he's a fish, over bet river is normal
