How many buyins do you need for 3.25 turbo 45 man? how many buyin losses are typical in turbo 45 mans?

Make it about 150 BI's for 45m. Variance in those can be a b**ch! so 450 to 500 BR should do it.

As many as you can get. 150-200 is probably good. More or less depends on your desired risk.
