As you can see I have shoved on button with 5's which probably have just enough equity, taking bounties into consideration.

My thoughts were that if i called i would have frequently faced a squeeze from BB.

Is shove reckless here or am I just moaning about a cooler?

Whats the buyin of the tournament? I would call openshoves a bit tighter at lower buyins. Anyways, taking bounties into consideration I play it the same way. Vs a regular its a clear shove, vs a recreational player without reads its probably still a shove but not loving it.

By the way, this is a great result for you. They have AK and AQ so they block each others outs, you cover both of them and can win two bounties whilst being ahead preflop

It was the $109 stars PKO cool down. I was initially happy when I saw their hands of course. The bounties obviously heavily influenced the shove. Just not 100% if a call and then a fold to BB shove is better or worse EV.
