can i C bet this 4 ways anyways, and what should i do on the turn? if i bet again will he fold anythng?

I think I would check back this flop as its relatively wet and we may face raises even though we have the straight draw blockers.

Regardless if I am cbetting or not otf I would likely barrel an Ace or a king ott as these are nice barreling cards. With a K we block QT and a nine out there is unlikely. Sure we are turning our hand into a bluff but should someone have a Jack or something like AQ we would appreciate a fold and ending the hand here would be beneficial.
