M is a concept coined in the Harrington on hold em books. It expresses how many rounds you can play at the current blinds and antes before going broke. Its calculated by Stack_size / (Big_blind + small_blind + (ante*nr_of_players)). Its a MTT concept though... at STTF we usually just express how deep your stack is by just saying how many BBs you have. (that's easier, antes matter less in an STT and if they do they are more standardized)
Those are statistics on a player (usually from a pokertracker or holdem manager database/HUD). Those statistics are collected over a number of hands that we watched player play (more hands = better statistics) The first number is VPIP, the second is PFR, sometimes AF or 3Bet is added as third number.
VPIP = percentage of hands the player plays (Voluntarily Put money Into Pot).
PFR = percentage of hands the player raises preflop (PreFlop Raise)
AF = how aggressive a player is post flops as calculated by nr_of_bets/nr_of_calls (Aggresion Factor)
3Bet = percentage of hands the player reraises preflop.
