BB is a reg who will most likely call correctly which is pretty tight here on the bubble. I pretty much snap shove this with 10 BBs but with ~13 I'm not sure especially because BB covers. Is this still a shove?

Seems like a clear fold to me, especially with the cutoff being so short.

Either miniraise it to steal the blinds, or fold. Not worth creating a big pot that could get called and could end up crippling you.

minraising is a complete disaster.

assuming villain is not a spaz, and that he hasn't been crying about us shoving all the time in the chat, then i'd ship it. so the answer to your question is yes, the supershortstack (usually) helps tighten BB's range and gives you a chance to pick up a decent chunk of chips uncontested.
