Sorry, but he is absolutely right, and you are mistaken. Since we cannot quit in tournament poker, you are forced to lose your chips every single time you do not win the tournament. Therefore, you will have negative chip winnings almost all the time. It is impossible for those lines to ever run close together like they can in cash games when you are running at expectation unless you were to graph it in terms of BBs instead of tournament chips. I don't know if that is possible using your program or not.
If you really want to see how well you are running, the best way is to compare your winrate to your expected winrate. So pull up bb/100 and EVbb/100, and if EVbb/100 is the larger number than you are running below expectation in all in pots.
