[OFFICIAL] 888 2015 MTT Discussion Thread - Page 60 - MTT Poker Strategy

So one thing about the 888 schedule that is really lacking is the 12ET/17CET timeslot. This time is certainly popular with players but there's not much on the schedule.

My idea: The Early Challenge.

Every day in that time slot run a mirror challenge at half the buyin. This gives your smaller stakes players something to play every day that is really 888 unique and adds to your branding of the challenge series. It would be pretty popular I believe and fill a need.

The tuesday challenge are easy my favorite mtt becouse of the structure, if u going to do anything at all with it u can let it start 1 hour erlier ore so..

Any response on fixing time bank or no? Or maybe warning before you fold? I have auto time bank clicked and sounds activated yet auto time bank has never worked once and I never hear any warning that it's my turn or I'm about to fold or anything. Surely you're able to fix this huge problem? I don't understand. Plenty of people, myself included, either avoid the site completely or play the bare minimum with like 2 Sunday tournies because of it.

AFAIK it activates automatically after you VPIP. It always activates when you click it.

I do agree that a better solution would be fully one way or the other. ALWAYS having to click it or ALWAYS having it auto activate is better than getting folded because you didn't know if you were getting extra time. I also have had some timebank folds when I wasn't expecting it.

side note that I'm all for less dpeters playing on 888 so maybe it's better to grin and bear it lol

Could we get antes from 50/100 everywhere or @ least in Mega Deep Sunday/Whale/Vulcano?
100/200 is just to late. 50/100 75/150 without antes is pretty lame imo.

Yup, multitabling multiple sites with 888 is a nightmare. I don't know how many times I've noticed a table counting down...3...2...1..with a big pocket pair and I race to click 'raise' but it's too late and it auto sits me out...no time warning whatsoever. The only way I can play 888 is to play 1 or 2 tables and be constantly looking at the table to make sure I don't miss a hand.

i only had 4 tables at the time and i am still pretty sure i clicked timebank, but i just looked at the ladies fade.

happens, probably my fault, probably i missclicked. but you should do something about it. timebank btn appearing from the start would be a good option.

Agree timebank button must appear from start of the hand, and please some warningsound before you're about to fold.

+1 for earlier antes / antes from start in the majors.

today i didnt 'click away' the popup u get when moving tables and when it was my turn at the new table, all the raise/fold buttons werent appearing on my turn (neither did my timebank button)

pretty annoying bug, first time i've seen this and dont think its been mentioned here before so might be some sort of anomaly.

its been almost 2 weeks now and I still have not received any refunds. I wrote 2 emails to your support - it took ~5 days to answer each and I keep being asked dumb questions when I have included all relevant information mentioned by you in both emails. Furthermore, the second reply I received is in russian (wtf ?!?!). Can you please take responsibility and help us deal with that issue because it is offending to me as a client to be begging your support for refunds which are caused by their incompetency. We have increased GTD's for a few of our Sunday tournaments. In the next couple of weeks we will be raising more tournament's guaranteed prizes and will let you know. This is what has been done as for today's schedule:

- The Sunday Mega Deep $125,000 to $150,000
- The Sunday Crocodile $40,000 to $70,000
- The Sunday Lightning 6-Max $15,000 to $20,000
- The Sunday Monsoon $30,000 to $40,000
- The Sunday Breeze $25,000 to $35,000

make the $215 mega deep turbo 205+10 rake. as it is it plays faster than any turbo mtt and combine that with the fact that ill probably accidentally sit out 10-15% of hands because your software is so bad = I NEVER play it. but if rake was $10 instead of $15 i probably play it every sunday.

At the moment we do not have such an option so we recommend creating a good unique password, changing it every so often and not keeping more funds than you need on your account. We do however have plans to add another optional security level in the not very far away future. Once I have more information on this, I will share.

We have boosted the GTD prizes of the Volcano from $75,000 to $85,000 and the Tuesday Crocodile from $20,000 to $25,000 as of tonight. Later this week we will post a list of a bunch of other increases. Good Luck!
